This fantastic conditioning class uses the reformer and half-cadillac resistance springs to give you a total body workout. Every muscle group is worked, stretched and mobilised leaving you feeling amazing all over. The resistance springs not only strengthen muscle but also improve bone density to help keep you stronger for longer. Consisting of more traditional Pilates repertoire exercises, this class is for more experienced practitioners who would love a challenge!
We ask that, for reasons of safety and hygiene, grip socks are worn during this class. They are available to purchase from the studio. Please adhere to COVID safety guidelines regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser. Try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your session to allow for cleaning and sanitising of the studio. Try to keep personal possessions to a minimum and bring everything with you to your mat except for your shoes and coat. Thank you.
