Level 1 Mat

We all have to start somewhere and this class is ideal for beginners or anyone with a long-term health condition or recovering from an injury. We’ll be very nice, and gentle and keep a close eye on you whilst you learn how to master moves that will strengthen your core, effectively work and mobilise the whole body as well as stretching out tightness and tension.

Level 2 Mat

Ideal for experienced practitioners, this challenging mat based class is going to really work that core, effectively strengthen and mobilise the whole body, improve flexibility and re balance posture. You need to have at least 6 months experience before joining this class. It’s going to be a tough one!

For reasons of hygiene we are a socks only studio. We ask that all clients wear grip socks in the studio (unless prescribed footwear is to be worn). These are available to purchase at the studio, or there are many retailers online. Please adhere to COVID safety guidelines regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser. Try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your session to allow for cleaning and sanitising of the studio. Try to keep personal possessions to a minimum and bring everything with you to your mat except for your shoes and coat. Thank you.
