Back Care for Blokes
The perfect class for chaps who would like some specific help with back issues or injuries. This mat based class is designed to strengthen your core, effectively work and mobilise the whole body as well as stretching out tightness and tension. Can’t touch your toes or get up and down easily? Not a problem, we’re here to help make everything safe, accessible and fun.
Class numbers are kept small so that Sarah can adapt and modify the exercises to suit your specific needs using her expert knowledge of spinal conditions.
For reasons of hygiene we are a socks only studio. We ask that all clients wear grip socks in the studio (unless prescribed footwear is to be worn). These are available to purchase at the studio, or there are many retailers online. Please adhere to COVID safety guidelines regarding the wearing of masks, social distancing and the use of hand sanitiser. Try to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your session to allow for cleaning and sanitising of the studio. Try to keep personal possessions to a minimum and bring everything with you to your mat except for your shoes and coat. Thank you.
