Would you like to get yourself back in shape after having your baby? Maybe you have been diagnosed with abdominal separation, SPD, weak pelvic floor or just a very achy back. With specialist training in safe, effective exercise to aid in your recovery, our instructors will gently guide you through a progressive series of exercises to help get you back to your pre-pregnancy condition (or even better!). Babies are very welcome and will be provided with a soft mat and towel next to you. We ask that you bring quiet toys for them to play with during the session. V-pillows and a microwave are available to use if your little one needs feeding.
