This fun, daytime class mixes the control and strength of Pilates with the posture and flexibility of Ballet to give you an amazing workout!
It takes a slightly less intense pace than the evening classes and so is suitable for older adults or people who would like to improve their fitness level. Your legs and bottom will be sculpted and toned, your flexibility and posture will improve and you will certainly burn a few calories. We mix lunges and squats with plies and tendus, adding in hand weights to work the arms and shoulders. You don’t have to have ever danced before, all you need to do is come along, enjoy yourself and probably sweat!
